A valid Florida Driver’s License or State ID card.
For seasonal residents: A passport photo and two forms of proof of temporary Florida residency.
Expect your initial visit to last around 60 minutes. During this time, we’ll guide you through all the necessary steps to help you apply for your Florida Medical Marijuana Registry ID card.
Florida law requires that your first visit be in person. After the initial in-person consultation with our physician, you may be eligible for future virtual renewals.
Absolutely. We adhere to all HIPAA regulations to keep your medical data secure. Your records will never be shared without your written permission.
No worries! You can reschedule by calling (1-800-919-6583) or emailing us. Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee.
Unfortunately, no. Despite state legality, cannabis remains illegal at the federal level. Insurance providers cannot reimburse for medical marijuana services or medications.
Florida requires patients to check in with their doctor every 6 months to renew their certification and stay legally compliant.
Yes. If our doctor determines it’s appropriate, you may be certified to purchase smokable cannabis. This applies to new, returning, or transferred patients.
