  • State Application Fee (Virginia): Varies — please check with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy for the most up-to-date fee.

  • OMMA Application Fee (Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority):

    • Standard Fee: $100 + $4.30 credit card processing fee (Total: $104.30)

    • Reduced Fee: $20 + $2.50 credit card processing fee (Total: $22.50)
      Reduced fee is available for patients enrolled in Medicaid (SoonerCare), Medicare, or those who are 100% disabled veterans.
