Unfortunately, no. Despite state legality, cannabis remains illegal at the federal level. Insurance providers cannot reimburse for medical marijuana services or medications.

Florida requires patients to check in with their doctor every 6 months to renew their certification and stay legally compliant.

Yes. If our doctor determines it’s appropriate, you may be certified to purchase smokable cannabis. This applies to new, returning, or transferred patients.
